Thanks so very much for the great salsa. Any picante sauce worth eating must first have a great
flavor and Louie's has it in spades. Although I'm unfamiliar with hot cherry peppers, they have
a good taste and add a distinctive flavor to the salsa.
Too many sauces depend on being too hot, too much tomato or too much garlic. Louie's “hot” has
a good, balanced flavor and the right amount of heat to give it a good ‘tude.
You both certainly know my taste. Again, many thanks for a good salsa picante.
Louie's is a winner!
